Due to the physicochemical properties of vitamins, degradation can occur during the mixing process. But LocVita® Vitamin B Premixes do not have such problems, and significantly enhancing sensory experiences in tablet applications.
We conducted flavor evaluations on tablets made with LocVita® Vitamin B Premixes. The results showed significant improvements in reducing off-tastes, bitterness, and aftertaste, making them easier to chew and providing a more pleasant consumption experience for consumers.
